RULES

Each program participant is responsible for scheduling, conducting, accurately reporting their efforts and discharging their responsibilities in a professional manner.

Failure to do so will result in the immediate disqualification from the space ambassador program.

All presentations must be conducted by the Space Ambassador to live audiences. Remote web, video, telephonic, broadcast or print presentations outside of live audience participation is not allowed.

When finalists are determined, sponsors for each presentation recorded will be contacted to verify the events  reported for validation.

The space ambassador program reserves the right to specify additional guidelines to provide for the efficient and effective administration of the program.

Officers of the program, NSS management directly responsible for oversight of the program, and paid staff of the national space society are not eligible for program assignments.

All expenses you may incur in conjunction with your duties as a space ambassador are your responsibility as this is a not for profit venture.

The National Space Society and/or Space Ambassador program, its officers, staff,  and committees are not responsible for misinformation, misrepresentation or damage caused by space ambassadors in performance of their duties.

NSS does not provide any tax or legal advice, representations, or warranties with respect to the space ambassador program. You should consult with your own tax and/or legal advisor concerning any potential federal, state, local, and/or foreign tax and/or other implications of participating in this program.
